Bakugo Counters All For One Goal

Towards the end of the previous chapter, things looked quite grim for Bakugo as All For One utilized his strongest technique, called All For One Goal. This was certainly an interesting ability that fans expected him to use at some point. All For One has stolen quite a lot of quirks over the years and it was expected of him to utilize every single one of them at the same time in an attempt to go out on a high. According to him, this was going to be his ultimate weapon, especially when he had nothing to fall back on anymore and had to risk everything in order to accomplish what he wanted. It was quite difficult for one to predict how Bakugo would counter that, however, Horikoshi certainly provided the answer to the fans in My Hero Academia chapter 409.
Essentially, Bakugo did not have to think too much about how to counter this because he had already taken countermeasures. Bakugo had coated his explosive sweat beads in regular sweat beads and put them inside All For One's mouth. This would mean that he could make them explode from a distance and this was certainly an incredibly efficient strategy. Given that All For One was the one leading the All For One Goal attack, an explosion going off inside of his body completely threw him off track and ruined his entire attack. All For One himself couldn't comprehend how far ahead Bakugo had thought in this fight and how fast he was pulling all of his plans off. All For One realized that this was not his time and that despite everything that he tried, he was destined for failure here in this battle and that was certainly evident through the way the author portrayed this battle.

Bakugo's Quirk Power
My Hero Academia chapter 409 also focused quite heavily on Bakugo's quirk ability. In fact, the title of the chapter itself pertained to Bakugo's quirk. This chapter drew a nice parallel between Bakugo and Deku. While Deku needs quite a lot of quirks to actually be powerful, including the quirk of the former strongest hero, Bakugo doesn't. He always had one Quirk, which was Explosion and, for him, that was enough. It was all he needed to stand up to someone like All For One and beat him in battle. He reached incredibly high levels all by hard work and determination. This was a battle that he deserved and he certainly won deservedly as well.

My Hero Academia: Omni Factor Unleash: All For One Goal, Explained
The All For One Goal is All For One's most powerful attack to date in MHA.
Bakugo showcased the incredible power of the explosion quirk in the last few chapters. From developing explosive speed that could keep up with All For One, to launching remote attacks that deal tremendous damage from a distance, the Explosion quirk is nothing short of extraordinary. To wrap things up, Bakugo used his Howitzer Impact in this chapter once again and this was enough to mark the end of All For One for good. This technique dealt quite a lot of damage to the demon lord and saw to it that he couldn't even respond properly. Even though he wasn't in any mood to back down, he realized quite quickly that this was not his day and that he would, eventually, fall, no matter what.
Bakugo did not stop his assault after one attack either. He continued to launch one attack after another and pummeled All For One until he couldn't even respond. As he continued, fans could see All For One's willpower being crushed and him being reduced to the point where even he could see that his defeat was imminent.

All For One's Weakening Body
My Hero Academia chapter 409 focused heavily on the end of All For One towards the end of the chapter. While the first half of the chapter focused quite heavily on Bakugo's assault, the second half focused on All For One looking inwards and finding out that he had officially lost this battle. When Bakugo was attacking him with relentless strikes, All For One tried to utilize his quirk factors and mix them together. However, surprisingly, he was not able to do so. All For One could not make sense out of why this was happening, however, to the fans, it was clear that it was time for him to go and that his reign was now over. All For One mentioned that this was down to the fact that his body was now young and frail and didn't possess the same strength that it once did.

However, fans also got to see Hawks in the chapter whose quirk he had stolen. Hawks was in front of All For One and mentioned to him that his biggest mistake was Shigaraki himself. The more he brandishes negative emotions, the weaker he gets and, given all the damage that he suffered over the course of the last few chapters, it was only a given that he would eventually crumble in this fight. With that, Bakugo launched his last attack and sent All For One crashing into the ground down below, finally putting an end to his evil rule and defeating him once and for all. Even though All For One has lost before in My Hero Academia, this time, he has lost for good and he cannot return, no matter what.
The chapter also focused quite a bit on All Might and this was extremely important, given that he is the one who knows All For One the best. All Might is the one who put his hope in Bakugo and is near the battlefield, watching his beloved student surpass all expectations he had of him. At the same time, he must also feel relieved, given that his nemesis, All For One, is now down for good and this is certainly something very exciting for the fans to see. Now, all attention will be turned towards the battle between Deku and Shigaraki, which My Hero Academia will get to in the next chapter. Unfortunately, however, My Hero Academia will be on break next week, which means that fans will have to wait 2 weeks for the chapter to drop. Nonetheless, given how incredibly intense the Final War Saga has been towards its very end, fans can rest assured that the waiting will be worth it and Horikoshi will deliver yet another incredible chapter moving forward.
