Where do I find artist presale codes? ›

Join the fan club from the artist's official fan club site. As a club member, you'll get a unique presale code before the upcoming ticket presale starts.

Your credit card company will often have presale tickets and codes available, but seats are limited. Venues will also offer presale codes as well. Fanclubs of the artist usually offer the earliest presale codes, but they don't necessarily offer the best seats.

Receive an Offer Code

Those who registered during the registration window and pass the Ticketmaster analysis will then be randomly selected to receive an offer code from Ticketmaster.

Presales give fans with codes the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. However, the codes don't guarantee tickets. Look for the Unlock button or link on your event to enter your presale code. Visit our FAQ Tips, hints and advice for booking tickets for guidance on the purchase process.

If you are having trouble using a Ticketmaster code make sure to click the unlock button on the ticket master page. After you click the unlock button ad your code. After you have used the code you will see the code has been unblocked and you can redeem your discounted tickets.

Presale tickets are available to buy before they're released to the general public. It's a way for artists' biggest fans to get early access. There are a few ways you can sign up for presale tickets, for example, by joining an artist's mailing list or purchasing their most recent record.

After Ticketmaster reviews your registration request, they'll send an email confirming your request the night before the sale begins. If approved, Ticketmaster will text an access code unique to you and you only; the code will be applicable when the Verified Fan pre-sale begins and cannot be shared or sold.

E-mails containing presale particulars are generally only sent out in the hours leading up to the start of the pre-sale. On some occasions, the email is delayed until just before the start of the pre-sale. In these cases, the codeword may be posted here.

A presale code will be allocated to every email address used to register, so even if you have made a typo in the email address or you can no longer access it, a code has been created.

Is it cheaper to get tickets during presale? ›

Not necessarily. While presale tickets may sometimes be priced slightly higher due to their exclusive nature, they often come with discounts or special offers, making them a great value for attendees.

This is usually a presale that can be accessed by pre-ordering merchandise from the bands/record labels online stores. If there is a presale code involved, this will normally be sent directly from the band's label. If you have any issues with these codes, locate the label's contact info in the original email sent out.

Presales are a way for an artist to give their biggest fans early access to tickets. Before tickets go on sale, artists and their teams tell us how many tickets they want to make available, the price of the ticket, and when they want the sale(s) to start.

Spotify sends out pre-sale codes to the top fans of an artist or band, based on streaming data. There's more information about Fan First emails here. If you haven't received an email with a pre-sale code, I'm afraid you're not eligible for this one.
